DermLite II hybrid m is the first dermatoscope that combines
non-polarized illumination for immersion fluid dermoscopy with dry,
cross-polarized dermoscopy, with or without skin contact. Palm-sized,
this versatile device offers high light output, a large 25 mm lens,
camera adaptability*, as well as an integrated, rechargeable
lithium-ion battery.

DermLite II hybrid m combines the unique advantages of polarized and
immersion fluid dermoscopy. In polarized mode, it’s quick and easy to
see deeper pigmentation and vascularity without the need for immersion
fluids, thanks to its 24 LEDs (light emitting diodes) powered by a
potent lithium-ion battery. Or, when imaging dry, overly scaly lesions,
push a single button to activate 8 non-polarized LEDs for traditional
immersion fluid dermoscopy. Either way, the choice of whether to make
skin contact is yours, thanks to the innovative retractable faceplate
spacer that lets you work the way you prefer.
